Paper Flow:
Staging Area Judge --> Timer --> Problem and Style Judges --> Head Judge -->
Scorekeeper
Before the performance:
- Staging Judge gives Timer paperwork in two batches:
-
- Style forms, The List, Documentation, and any Problem Clarifications
- Materials Cost form, Outside Assistance form, Staging Area Checklist, etc.
- Timer receives all paper work from Staging Area Judge.
- Timer distributes Style forms to Style Judges
- Timer distributes "List", clarifications, and any documentation to the Problem Judges.
- Timer gives Staging Area Checklist, Materials Cost Form, Outside Assistance Form, etc. to the Head Judge
- Head judge paper clips these together with the Staging Area Checklist on top while scores, etc. are being calculated by the Scorekeeper
After the performance:
- After the Problem Judges and the Style judges have assigned their scores, the Head Judge collects the paperwork--including any documentation given to the Problem Judges
- Head Judge clips this pile of scores to the Staging Area Checklist, Materials Cost Form, Outside Assistance Form, etc. Arrange pile in such a way that the Staging Area Checklist is directly underneath the Judges' scores
- Head Judge gives all forms to the Scorekeeper
- Scorekeeper does all calculations and transfers results onto the NCR form.
- Scorekeeper puts all penalties and reason for penalties on the NCR form. (Check with judges who assigned penalty for details of reason. All judges must agree on amount of penalty.)
- Scorekeeper transfers sticky notes to the pink portion of the NCR form.
- Scorekeeper tears off top page (white) and clips it to all the papers and puts them in the Team's envelope to send to the Scoreroom.
- Scorekeeper puts the yellow and pink copy of the NCR form in a designated location for the Head Judge.
- Head Judge keeps the yellow copy of the NCR form at the site
- Head Judge gives the pink copy to the Coach (and records the time scores were given to the coach)
